Keith Codron is an Orange County attorney with more than 40 years of experience in the field of trusts and estates. He has been certified as a specialist in estate planning, trust and probate law by the Board of Legal Specialization of the State Bar of California.

Mr. Codron’s practice is focused primarily on litigating disputes involving trusts and estates.

On the transactional side, Mr. Codron specializes in advanced planning strategies for business owners, key executives, investors, professional practitioners and high net worth individuals. His particular areas of expertise include the design, drafting and implementation of foreign and domestic spendthrift discretionary trusts, charitable remainder trusts, qualified personal residence trusts, irrevocable life insurance trusts, grantor retained annuity trusts, intentionally defective trusts, special needs trusts, multi-generational dynasty trusts, stretch IRA inheritance trusts, private retirement plans, family limited partnerships, limited liability companies, prenuptial agreements and tax-exempt foundations. Mr. Codron also handles a wide array of business law matters.
